Nuc Boxes (5-frame) without Lids and Bottom Boards

Five-frame Nucs made from pine wood and come with a pine cleat for the front and the back. 

The plywood bottom and cover are sold separately. The bottom board has trim to guarantee proper bee space as well as pine cleats on the bottom to keep the nucs from contacting the ground. The covers have pine cleats front and back to keep them snug and in place.

Nucs come unassembled. With these low prices, you can have your customer place a small deposit for the nuc box and let them drive off to install their own bees, saving you a lot of time. If you’re keeping the nucs for your own yards, the minimal cost for our nuc boxes means you can invest your savings where it counts the most.
